With this in mind, I’m proud to announce the Floyd Wickman Speakers Academy so I
can share what I’ve learned over a lifetime behind the microphone.
In most areas of our lives, knowing what to say is important, but even more critical is knowing how to say it, who to say it to, and when. No matter your occupation or
your goals, the ability to communicate like a professional speaker can dramatically
increase your success and enable you to achieve more than you ever imagined.
At the Speakers Academy, we teach how the components of a great speech are like a diamond—how to reach an audience on many different facets. Leave one out and your effectiveness drops. Hit them all, and you can be assured that your message is received and people will respond.
Here are four facets of the Floyd Wickman technique you will learn how to do at the Speakers Academy:
Tell a story
Use a visual
Have your audience participate
Commit them to action
Let’s say you are a professional trainer and your income depends on your ability
to deliver a convincing presentation. Wouldn’t it be great to incorporate these
elements into your technique knowing that if you do, you will have a winning formula?
Of course there’s a lot more to it than that, but our objective is to help people connect at the highest possible levels with their audiences. My motto sums it up a little more: Teach, Entertain and Motivate, all at the same time. The bottom line is that if you’re not aware of these techniques—or if you’re not using them effectively—you’re missing out on a
huge part of your potential.
And your line of work doesn’t matter: The ability to deliver your message effectively will serve you well whether you’re in sales, management, training—even if you already are a speaker (or have always wanted to be one).
I’m thinking back to a conversation I had once with Les Brown, one of the greatest motivation speakers on the circuit today. When he first started out, he took a bus from Detroit, Michigan to a seminar I was teaching in Florida. He told me later that he didn’t have to ever again take a course on professional speaking because he learned everything he needed to know from me. Now, I don’t know if that’s true but it sure made me feel good.
Let me take you to the next step. I look forward to working with you at the
Speakers Academy over the course of three days, June 8-10. I will personally
make sure you learn how to take your speaking career further than you’ve dreamed possible.
Finally, for select individuals only: You may qualify to teach my one-day workshops in your area. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to stay in your current profession and speak on a part-time basis. I’m quite sure these workshops will change the face of professional sales, so listen to the audio message and sign up as soon as you can. Thanks.
my mouth is my cash cow…would love to let Mary Johnson see how I re-invented myself @ age 60. My website tells the story….I was a SweatHog award winner in 2001 @ Cincy with Sibcy Cline agents.

Mike Pallin the CEO of Floyd Wickmans program, Floyd and all of their trainers are extremely caring and genuine in their motivation to work hard and help others succeed in their endeavors.
Behind the scenes Bob Chartoff who is dedicated to getting the word out about what we do is another example of a really great guy and of course Gale Carlos appears to be an invaluable part of the Floyd Wickman team and personally took care of some personal requests I required flawlessly while attending the speakers academy in Las Vegas. Flyod Jr. was kind enough to share some conversation and a smile and undoubtedly also serves a vital role in the company. I’m sure to leave some team members out and I apologize for that as I begin to learn more about the organization.
I really feel blessed that Floyd and others saw something in me and have bestowed an opportunity to be apart of the team here on the west coast and to apply their approach and reach out to Real Estate companies that could use our help so their agents can succeed.
